- HomePlate is a marketplace connecting independent home cooks with buyers. Each cook is responsible for the food they prepare, its hygiene and its allergen information.
- Prices are set by cooks and include a 10% platform fee.
- Payment is made by ABA / KHQR transfer to HomePlate or in cash to the cook.
- Delivery is not provided by HomePlate. Buyers and cooks arrange pickup or delivery themselves; delivery costs are paid directly to the rider and the food is the rider’s responsibility once handed over.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the cook. Refunds are decided case by case by HomePlate.
- HomePlate may suspend any account that breaks these rules.
